tailormade communications was founded in 2001 by Silvia Göttel.
Before establishing the agency, Silvia Göttel, who holds a degree in communication from the Berlin University of the Arts, managed an event agency within the BBDO network. At the headquarters of the crystal brand Swarovski, she was responsible for developing international public relations and forging PR partnerships with companies in the lifestyle and luxury sectors

Birgit Kern-Harasymiw

In 2005, Birgit Kern-Harasymiw established a new location for tailormade communications in southern Germany. Before this, she was responsible for developing global communications for Swarovski Germany and the Daniel Swarovski Corporation in Switzerland. As a communications and marketing professional, she brings years of experience in the jewellery and lifestyle sectors.
